其位于北京中央商务区,2007年建成,高330米,80层,由国贸中心和郭氏兄弟集团联合投资建设。其与国贸一期、国贸二期一起构成110万平方米的建筑群,是今日全球最大的国际贸易中心。

北京第一高楼,国贸三期凝聚了业主方、设计方、施工组织者的心血和智慧,为保障建筑品质,国贸中心精心选择合作团队。方案设计是美国的SOM,还有香港王董WITL国际,结构顾问是奥亚纳OAP。这么多公司联合打造,就是想把它建成超级甲级写字楼,设计师以创新的设计思想、巧妙地将世界最新建筑潮流与国贸中心现有建筑群有机结合起来,成功地设计出一个新的综合建筑体系,创造出令人无法忘却的标志性建筑物。

北京的标志性建筑,国贸三期工程方的质量管控非常严格,无论是对施工队伍还是建筑材料的评价与选择,全部采用透明的竞标方式来择优录用。国贸三期高楼内所有需要采用墙漆涂装的内墙墙面及地下室全部采用嘉宝莉内墙涂料进行装饰与保护,而整个内墙涂料的竞标过程分为四个阶段:筛选候选品牌、评选出10个品牌参与第二次竞标、从中再评选出5个品牌参加最后竞标、最终确定1个中标品牌。每个阶段的评选标准、方法与程序都坚持统一、公开、透明的原则,无论是企业资质、产品性能、涂装工艺、涂装成本、样板效果、样板工程、实地考察、配套服务、团队形象等,都是工程方评价的重要指标。

国贸三期主塔楼主体结构为筒中筒结构,即外部的型钢混凝土框架筒体与内部的型钢混凝土支撑核心筒体的组合。抗震等级8级,设计难度和施工难度为世界超高层建筑结构所罕见。主塔楼1—2层是气势宏大、宽敞明亮、净高9米的商务办公大堂和酒店大堂。高格调和创新理念的装修设计将给人以庄严、典雅、心旷神怡的感觉。办公区分为高低两个区域。低区为L6—L27层,高区为L30-L53层。办公区最大的特点之一是空调采用世界最先进的变风量空调系统。

从56层开始到68层为豪华酒店。这里总共有宽大明亮、装修豪华的客房270余套,每套平均60平方米。71层为酒店空中大堂,由商务中心、会客厅、会议厅和酒吧组成。而72层和73层为餐饮和观景区。国贸三期的裙房分为宴会附楼和商业附楼。共有建筑面积约5.5万平方米。宴会附楼位于主塔楼北侧,首层和二层为商铺,并与商业附楼连通。

商业附楼位于主塔楼的东面,地上5层,地下4层(含停车楼),线条简洁的商业附楼配以拉索式玻璃幕墙增强了商场内的光线及空间。挑空了一层至四层的楼板可直接引进光线到室内,令商场内环境更自然,里外融合成为一个整体。商业附楼近百家专卖店为宾客提供高品质的商业服务,包括国际精品、服装服饰、中西餐饮、娱乐健身、礼品玩具等。
