1、多吃些蔬菜。吃火锅时不仅要有肉、鱼等食物,还应该多吃些蔬菜,蔬菜中含有大量维生素和叶绿素,不仅可以消除吃火锅带来的些许油腻,还可以补充维生素和去火的作用。

2、多吃些白莲。白莲其实也含有多种营养元素,荤素搭配有利于均衡营养。吃白莲时最好不要把莲子心去掉,因为莲心可以清热去火。

3、注意放些豆腐。豆腐是豆制品,可以补充蛋白质和一些微量元素。

4、多放生姜,调味料要清淡。生姜比较辛辣,有调味抗寒的作用。调味品要清淡,否则会对肠胃刺激大。

5、选择新鲜的海鲜。海鲜若是已经死掉的可能会含有大量的病菌微生物,特别是海贝。所以应选择新鲜的。

6、食物煮熟后在食用。半生不熟的食物虽然会有一种新鲜感,但是可能会携带没有杀死的病菌,造成对肠胃的刺激,进而产生疾病。而且不要吃比较烫的食物,容易使舌头和食道受伤。也不要冷热中和,容易产生肠胃疾病。

7、旋转小火锅的烫不要喝。火锅汤大多是以高脂肪物质为底料,而且含有大量的辣椒、花椒之类的。因为煮的时间久,可能会发生一些化学反应,产生有害的物质。
