回转火锅设备的日常保养:

1、减速箱的润滑:为了保证减速箱、电机的使用寿命,减少机械故障,必须加润滑油460#蜗轮蜗杆油,一般情况下一年检查一次,发现润滑油少了就要添加润滑油。

2、链条的润滑:回转带乃链传动设备,需要在链条上一个月加一次润滑油。

3、卫生清洁:停机状态下,每天早晚必须用毛巾擦拭链条和设备轨道,直段部分可以将荷叶形链片稍稍抬起一点,然后用湿毛巾擦拭,转弯角部分不能抬起链条,用小毛刷刷干净。

4、为了便于日常卫生清洁,除了设备转角处预留活动检修门外,直线段落的墙裙装饰板也要预留卫生清洁门,最长不要超过3米。

1、链轮的磨损及维护。链轮在长期使用过程中由于不断损耗,链轮齿轮容易出现磨损,造成链轮和链条咬合不稳,甚至出现吊链的现象。根据大量客户的使用情况进行总结,然后对链轮进行了一些技术改进。链轮采用耐磨片式组合链轮,由轮毂与耐磨护片组合而成,而耐磨护片经特殊热处理后,硬度适中、强度高与耐磨性能好。半齿结构的轮齿其主轴每转两圈轮齿才与链条啮合一次,使得轮齿的使用寿命为非半齿结构轮齿的2倍。即使磨损后也只需要更换护片,换护片时,不用拆开轴承组件即可简单地更换。轮毂仍然可以长期使用,既节省时间,节约材料,又降低维修费用,有效的延长了部件的使用寿命。
