局党委召开深化“三个以案”警示教育暨巡视整

6月8日,局党委召开深化“三个以案”警示教育暨巡视整改专题民主生活会。局党委书记、局长朱学文主持会议,局党委班子成员骆方平、施申轶、侯其标、刘长华出席会议。省直机关工委副书记、第四督导组组长朱宗庄,督导组成员苑玉召、章海北到会指导。朱宗庄作点评讲话。

会上,朱学文代表局党委班子通报了“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育专题民主生活会查摆问题整改情况。结合省委巡视反馈意见,联系政治、工作、管理、作风实际,深入查摆在思想政治、担当尽责、为民宗旨、勤政廉政等方面存在的突出问题,深刻剖析根源症结,提出了切实可行的整改措施。局党委班子成员采取一人一议方式,进行深刻对照检查,开展批评与自我批评。

朱宗庄在点评中指出,此次专题民主生活会氛围好、质量高,敢于刀刃向内,自我亮剑,达到了“团结―批评―团结”的目的。他强调,要将政治建设摆在首位;要坚定增强主责主业的信心决心;要力戒形式主义官僚主义,面对“四风”问题敢于较真碰硬;要扛起脱贫攻坚责任,承担社会责任;要通过深化“三个以案”警示教育增强“两个维护”意识。对下步工作,朱宗庄强调,一要强化理论武装,夯实思想根基;二要勇于担当作为,营造干事创业氛围;三要从严从实改进作风,力戒形式主义官僚主义。

朱学文代表局党委班子郑重表态,一是要在践行“两个维护”上做表率。不断深化“三个以案”警示教育,持续抓好巡视反馈问题整改落实。二是要在加强自身建设上做表率。认真落实管党治党主体责任,把加强和规范党内政治生活的各项要求落实到具体工作中,真正把党内监督职责扛起来。三是要在推进问题整改上做表率。扎实做好民主生活会“后半篇文章”,坚持问题导向、目标导向和结果导向,坚决把问题改彻底、改到位。
