6月29日上午,为庆祝中国共产党成立99周年华诞,继承和发扬党的光荣传统和优良作风,进一步激发我局广大党员在地矿事业改革发展新征程中的使命和担当,根据局机关党委在“七一”期间开展“七个一”系列活动安排,局机关召开庆祝建党99周年全体党员大会,邀请局党委书记、局长朱学文作专题党课报告,开展党内评先评优表彰。局领导骆方平、刘长华参加会议,局党委委员、副局长、机关党委书记侯其标主持会议。

朱学文作《强化担当 攻坚克难 铆足干事创业的精气神》党课报告。报告紧密结合地矿局改革发展稳定工作实际,从“深究悉讨,深刻把握精气神的内涵”“顺应大势,迫切提振干事创业精气神”“久久为功,努力涵养担当作为精气神”三个方面进行了深刻阐述。朱学文深情回顾了地矿局建局以来形成的以“三光荣”“四特别”为代表的精气神,指出正是地矿人将干事创业的精气神深入骨髓、铸入灵魂,才成就了地矿局的今天和奠定了安徽资源大省的地位。

朱学文强调,地勘单位当前正面临着“三期叠加”的特殊阶段,思想新时代、工作新形势、作风新要求迫切需要全局干部职工以提振精气神作为撬动新时代地质转型升级的重要支点,齐心合力、砥砺奋进,共同推进我局事业高质量发展。

朱学文围绕着中央《关于进一步激励广大干部新时代新担当新作为的意见》,对党员职工、领导干部、单位党组织、年轻党员如何结合工作、岗位、作风实际提振精气神提出具体要求。他强调,要学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,积极履行岗位职责、有胆识地接受工作挑战,努力成为业务岗位的行家里手;要牢记使命、勇于负重、一身正气,对党对事业敢于负责担当;要正确用人、奖惩分明、关爱基层,营造好单位“强磁场”氛围;要忠于职守、增强创新思维和务实意识,凝聚起干事创业的强大合力,切实肩负起推进地矿局持续发展的历史使命。

侯其标在主持中强调,局机关广大党员干部要以争创“模范机关”为契机,在政治、组织、作风、纪律、能力方面走在前、做表率,勇于挑起党交给我们的各项重担,用昂扬饱满的精气神彰显党员本色和党性光辉。

会议宣读了2020年局机关评先评优表彰决定。丁吉晓等9名优秀共产党员、许卫等2名优秀党务工作者、李杰等4名新冠疫情防控工作表现突出共产党员以及机关第五党支部受到大会表彰。(机关党委 曹幸)
