侯其标到勘查技术院作“七一”党课报告

为庆祝中国共产党成立99周年,6月30日上午,省地矿局党委委员、副局长、机关党委书记侯其标到勘查技术院作“七一”党课报告,院党委书记、院长许传建主持会议。

该党课报告以《抓基层 打基础 筑堡垒 当先锋 为地矿事业高质量发展注入强大动力活力》为题,开宗明义指出“基层党组织是党的全部工作的战斗基础”。侯其标强调要深化认识,增强“大抓基层、大抓支部”的政治认同和情感认同;要知难而进,同舟共济推动地矿事业高质量发展;要自我革命,锤炼党员队伍的过硬本领。

侯其标在报告中直击基层党建工作中存在的普遍性问题,通过论述基层党建工作既是“面子”又是“里子”的辩证统一关系,纠正了党建与业务“两张皮”的错误认识;通过讲述“草地党支部”的鲜活事迹,强化了抓好基层党建工作,建强支部、充分发挥支部书记“头雁”作用和党员的先锋模范作用的认知。

侯其标指出,如果把基层党组织比作一个有机整体,我们需要紧抓从严治党为其“换血”,加强教育管理为其“输血”,提升党员质量为其“造血”,形成有效的新陈代谢,基层党组织才能不“失血”,才能充满活力。围绕强化作风建设、净化党员队伍政治生态,他进一步强调要夯实党的基层组织,厚植政治生态的“根”;要严格党务干部管理,壮大政治生态的“干”;要抓好优秀人才培育,繁茂政治生态的“叶”。

许传建在总结讲话中指出,侯其标副局长作的专题党课报告,主题鲜明、立意深远,对于全院广大党员干部坚守初心使命,坚定理想信念,提高党性修养,切实加强思想、政治和作风建设,具有重要的引领和示范意义。在新时期的党建工作中,勘查技术院将强化理论武装,提高政治站位;抓牢党建基础,筑牢基层根基;牢记宗旨意识,踏实勤奋工作。为全院各项工作稳中向好、安徽地矿事业高质量发展提供强大动力和组织保证。

局机关党委专职副书记袁勇智,局财务处处长、局机关第二党支部书记钱爱月、局审计处副处长何朝阳和勘查技术院副院长、工会主席陈耀出席报告会,局机关第二党支部同志和勘查技术院在院党员110余人参加学习。

会后,局机关第二党支部和勘查技术院电法技术研究所党支部就基层党建工作开展了交流活动。(勘技院  何泽平)
