Founded just seven years ago, Honeycomb Automotive Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Honeycomb Technology Group"), which bears the label of "small and micro enterprises", has broken into the 2025 list of the top 100 global auto parts suppliers. Also on the list for the first time this year is 002085.SZ.
The 2025 Global Top 100 Automotive Parts Suppliers list was released by Automotive News. The list is based on the company's automotive parts supporting business revenue (sales) in 2024 and is recognized as the most authoritative automotive parts supplier list in the world.
The reporter of China Business News noticed that there are 15 Chinese auto parts companies on the list this year, the same as last year, and 4 Chinese companies are in the top 50 of the list. From a country perspective, the parts companies on the list are mainly from Japan, the United States, Germany, China and South Korea, with 22, 18, 16, 15 and 10 respectively.
Interviewed industry insiders told reporters that through the list, it can be seen that in the context of stagnant sales growth in the global automotive industry, slowing growth of pure electric vehicles, and intensifying global trade barriers, global auto parts companies are ushering in a new round of reshuffle among many challenges. Although old faces such as Bosch, Denso, Magna, and ZF still stand at the forefront of the list, and their top position is difficult to shake, relying on the transformation of the industry to electrification and intelligence, some non-traditional automotive suppliers are standing in the spotlight, while some traditional mainstream suppliers are facing pressure from falling rankings and slow transformation.
