A thrilling "manhunt" is unfolding in the auto parts supply chain.
Following the emergence of novel coronavirus nucleic acid positive parts in a joint venture brand parts center in Beijing, on January 4, according to the Tianjin epidemic prevention and control headquarters, a batch of auto parts products with positive outer packaging samples flowed into Tianjin. After emergency investigation, Tianjin found a total of 5 auto parts goods with positive outer packaging samples, which have been properly disposed of.
As of January 5, many places across the country have reported the investigation and testing of "epidemic-related" auto parts. Among them, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, Yantai, Shandong, Linyi, Shanxi Jincheng, Cangzhou, Hebei and other places have tested positive nucleic acid samples. Since January 2, "epidemic alerts" on auto parts have been sounded in six places within three days.
