"I have planted 6 sheds of tomatoes now. According to the market price, each shed can earn 4,000 yuan. Next, I am going to plant another crop of cowpeas." Farmer Ruzejiang Musa said with a smile.

It is understood that the base is a demonstration area for efficient green stubble planting in Shufu County, covering an area of 205 mu. It is jointly built by the Kashgar Fruit and Vegetable Industry Development Center, Shufu County Agriculture and Rural Bureau and Liaoyuan Town. The base adopts "early spring + late autumn" efficient green stubble planting mode, cleverly uses "time difference", "season difference", "space difference" and "variety structure difference", so that different vegetable crops can "take turns", which significantly improves the efficiency of land use and brings good economic benefits to growers.
