探索“无人机+无人车+无人仓”智慧物流新模式

山东省交通运输厅副厅长廉波介绍,2024年1-10月,山东省农林植保、巡视巡检、应急救援、飞行培训等传统应用场景稳步增长的同时,低空物流、低空文旅等新兴应用场景加速拓展,累计飞行达到5250架次,同比增长一倍以上。丰富多元的应用场景和快速增长的飞行活动有力促进了低空运营、研发、制造、服务企业落户山东,企业数量和营业规模均增长20%以上。

下一步,山东将依托山东半岛城市群无人驾驶航空试验区和城市空中交通管理试点创建,定期遴选发布低空典型应用场景清单和推荐目录,加快优势地区先行先试,因地制宜打造低空多场景应用体系。

构建无人机智慧物流体系。支持济南 、青岛、东营、烟台、临沂、滨州等市依托龙头物流企业,开通无人机B2B、B2C物流配送航线,布局“干—支—末”无人机配送网络,探索“无人机+无人车+无人仓”智慧物流新模式,推动城市、乡村、山区、海岛等新兴场景无人机配送大规模应用落地。

加速城市空中交通示范应用。以济南为主体区,以济南都市圈和省会经济圈为联动区,构筑城市天路,打造三维交通,试点推进eVTOL等智慧空中出行装备加快市场应用,培育商务出行、空中摆渡、私人包机等载人空中交通新业态,满足人民群众快速便捷、灵活多元出行需求。

拓展新型低空消费市场。依托济南、青岛等重点旅游城市,成立跨行业联盟,培育低空旅游、航空运动消费市场。支持黄河沿线、仙境海岸、红色沂蒙等重点旅游区,开发多样化低空旅游产品。推动在莱芜、费县等基础较好的县区,开展飞行体验、航空跳伞等消费飞行活动,举办具有国际影响力的航空运动赛事和展览,打造航空运动集聚区。

建设低空标志性应用新场景。依托济南、青岛都市圈,打造绿色集约的产城融合场景,引导各县区拓展特色化标志性场景。支持高校和科研院所针对原创性、颠覆性技术,建设早期试验场景,引领技术迭代突破,加速产品推广应用。
