无人驾驶”智能配送车上岗 海南物流配送“最后一公里”加速变革

智能配送车配送效率高、客户体验好、运营成本低,成了人见人爱的物流界“新员工”。智能物流正在加速物流配送“最后一公里”变革。

客户全新体验:“送货准时,合作愉快!”

“这辆智能配送车给我的店连续送货一星期了,非常准时,感觉很靠谱,合作愉快!”曹女士告诉南海网记者,她经营着一家早餐店,每天早上6点左右就要收到预订的生鲜食材。一周下来,智能配送车每天都准时出现在店门前,没有迟到过,这让曹女士很放心。

在服务细节上,曹女士也给这辆智能配送车打了高分。曹女士说,早上吃早餐的顾客多,忙起来顾不上看手机。智能配送车在到店前5分钟会给曹女士打电话,发送提货码,提醒她出门取货。“而且这辆车是冷链车,随着天气越来越热,低温运输可以起到很好的保鲜效果,每天送来的青菜特别新鲜。”曹女士说。

海南农惠民农业供应链科技有限公司客服经理李小转介绍,这辆智能配送车“上岗”3个月来,累计服务客户200余家,广受好评。

企业降本增效:“高效配送零违章,更省钱!”

海南农惠民农业供应链科技有限公司董事长助理周元喜介绍,这款智能配送车出厂名字为“九识”,“入职”之后因工作表现出色,同事们都热情地叫它“小九”。

小九很能干,平均每天能跑100公里,为20个客户配送生鲜食材,货值达3000元。同时,智能配送车满负荷工作1天仅耗费电费10元,大大降低了企业运营成本。

“小九送货3个月跑了9000公里,零违章,真正做到了文明行车,安全驾驶。”周元喜介绍,小九拥有新能源物流配送无人车牌照,可以合法上路行驶,并严格遵守交通法规,是特别让人放心的“员工”。除此之外,小九还可以自动规划最优行驶路线,避免交通拥堵,提高配送速度和准确性。

配送员如虎添翼:“工作上的‘好搭子’”

“如今客户的即时配送需求越来越多,过去需要配送员加班加点送货。小九上岗以后,早晚订单的急活都交给小九完成,既满足了客户的即时配送需求,又分担了配送员的工作量,很受欢迎。”李小转说,智能配送车可以帮助配送员分担一部分工作量,让人在更合适、更高效的岗位上发挥更大作用,例如处理复杂的配送订单或为有特殊要求的客户提供更好的服务,从而提升整体服务质量。
