血压计怎么看高压低压?

电子血压计会直接显示收缩压和舒张压数值,部分设备会以SYS代表收缩压,DIA代表舒张压。测量结束后屏幕会同时显示两组数字,较高的数值为高压,较低的数值为低压。部分设备会通过颜色区分正常与异常范围,绿色表示血压正常,黄色或红色提示血压偏高。

读取记录结果:电子血压计测量完成后直接显示数值;水银血压计读取时视线与水银柱顶端保持水平,记录收缩压和舒张压;建议连续测量2次取平均值。

如何准确测量血压?

测量前的准备:在测量血压前1小时内,应避免剧烈运动、进食、吸烟、饮用含咖啡因的饮料或浓茶。这些活动可能会导致血压测量值不准确。对于体位性(直立性)低血压者,应同时测量仰卧位和立位血压,以便更准确地评估血压情况。

通过观察水银柱跳动判断血压的原理是:在血压计袖带缓慢放气过程中,水银柱的波动会对应心脏收缩和舒张产生的压力变化。 具体操作时,需将袖带绑在手臂正确位置,充气至高于预估收缩压(通常为180 mmHg左右),随后缓慢放气,观察水银柱的“跳动”并结合听诊器声音判断血压值。第一次观察到水银柱明显跳动(或听到“砰”声)时为收缩压;跳动消失(或声音减弱)时为舒张压。
