 10月19日下午,第三届新品发布会在中国陶瓷产业总部基地中国陶瓷剧场拉开序幕。在当前市场同质化严重的环境下,瓷板瞄准了石材紧缺的切口,通过反复的实验,成功地研发出2cm通体砂岩瓷板。并在本次的新品发布会上,闪亮登场,成为媒体和客商关注的焦点。中洁网记者采访了瓷板的营销总监庄德辉先生,解读瓷板品牌创新后故事。

        中洁网:您好!感谢您接受中洁网的采访。您对本次活动主题“淘生活”怎么理解?

        庄德辉:我对“淘生活”是:随时变化,根据消费者的需求研发新产品。“淘”是因为我们的产品都是与人们的生活密切相关的。每一个厂家生产的产品,如果不能满足消费者的需求,就必然会被淘汰。“生活”是消费者的需求,是日新月异的。过去的生活对建材的需求很简单,只要把产品铺在地上就可以了。现在的生活要求升级为舒适、自然、环保,尤其是环保,绿色。以前追求富丽堂皇,现在追求回归自然。这些是木纹砖、石纹砖、仿古瓷砖越来越流行的原因。将陶瓷和生活联系起来,就是“淘生活”。

        中洁网:这次参展的新品,“新”体现在哪些地方?

        庄德辉:我们今年展示的新品是通体砂岩,往年参展着重推广2cm厚瓷板。我们推广2cm厚瓷板主要目的是部分替代石材,跳出瓷砖行业的红海。今年通过设备的改造和引进,在2cm厚的原则上推出新产品——“砂岩”系列。砂岩是通体布料产品,切割后不论是从哪个角度都可以看到砂岩的纹理。因为使用天然砂岩装修的时候往往要对砖进行切边或倒角,如果不是通体的产品,就会给人表里不一的感觉。而升级后的新产品,不管在哪个位置切开,都有砂岩本身的纹理图案。我们模仿石材,不仅要模仿石材本身的纹理,更要在性能上超越石材。在强度方面,国标规定是要不低于1300N,而砂岩可以达到8000~9000N,是普通厚度瓷质砖的4倍以上,是天然砂岩强度的6倍以上,即使比起强度和硬度较高的天然花岗岩,也要高出1~2倍,这意味着2cm瓷板的强度相当于4~6cm石材的强度。砂岩有天然砂岩的多变纹理和质感,但又比天然砂岩强度高、颜色均匀、不吸污容易清理,这些优点在实际应用中会给消费者带来实实在在的利益。

        中洁网:请问这些新品的新技术、新工艺是如何做到的?设计理念是什么?

        庄德辉:我们的设计理念是绿色、环保为主。在瓷板领域,主要分出两个方向。其一是做薄,其二是做厚。这两个方向都跳出原来瓷砖领域激烈的竞争,针对专业市场。我们把竞争对手调整为石材,是因为石材在开采过程中对环境污染与破坏很严重,废料也没有得到充分的循环利用。用砂岩替代天然石材,减少了环境污染。另外我们在坯体中加入了25%~40%的尾矿,不但对尾矿进行循环利用,变废为宝,而且生产过程中也是绿色生产,循环利用废水、废气、废料。从绿色环保角度来看,真正做到了大绿色、大环保。

        中洁网:2013年市场相对冷淡,在品牌的新品研发与生产上,您是如何应对?您的信心在哪里?

        庄德辉:瓷砖的市场这两年增长得慢一些,但只要是产品有独特卖点,能提供给消费者更多利益的公司,都发展得很好。简一陶瓷推出“大理石”系列,在业界反响很大,受到市场欢迎。简一陶瓷也成长为一个专而强的中等企业。目前还只是一个小而专的企业,我们的目标就是做专、做精,不求满足任何人,而是瞄准最适合我们的小众市场,比如高级别墅、大型酒店的幕墙,高档广场地面等,在2cm瓷板方面做精做强。为此我们在产品研发方面投入了巨大的精力和资金,与国内外知名的陶瓷研究所和公司建立密切合作关系,引进国际一流设备、设计和技术。争取在专业市场领域内做到专而强。

        中洁网:在本次新品发布后,您的新品在中国市场会有哪些对应的推广策略?怎么样让更多的消费者接受新产品砂岩?

        庄德辉:目前主要有五种推广渠道:第一是通过成功的工程销售案例带动市场;第二是参加展会,如陶瓷卫浴展、陶板展等;第三是在全国各地,联合行业内的设计师、专家举办推广会;第四是和高端的幕墙施工公司进行合作;第五个是媒体和广告推广。

        中洁网:参加本次新品发布会最大的感受是什么?有哪些建议?

        庄德辉:这次新品发布会很新颖,也很有创意。现场展示的新品,各有特色。在产品方面,我们公司有50%以上的产品是独创的。但独创不等于杜撰,我们的产品结构遵循2/8原则,80%的产品是普通消费者可以接受的,20%的产品是独具特色的。我们希望能够有更多这样展示的机会,和同行更多的交流与学习。
