加厚砖领航者是怎样炼成的

“不创新,就死亡。”中国建陶经过三十多年的发展,已经完成了从简单复制逐渐过渡到自足创新的发展阶段,中国瓷砖品牌也如雨后春笋般在国内市场中出现,创新已经成为陶瓷行业的共识。创立于2007年的国窖佛山市国窖瓷砖有限责任公司(以下简称国窖),在中国建陶行业内,只能算是“小字辈”,已经错过规模化生产的大好时机。在规模上并不占据优势的国窖,多年来依托创新上的不懈努力,在一次次的市场淘汰赛中存活下来;也是因为始终坚持创新,才有了今天国窖的不断成长。

  国窖的创新之路,一直在延续。

  如果企业是一艘航船的话,那么它的方向,就全凭舵手的判断。国窖今天在创新之路上的大步迈进,与其掌舵人姚文江对于企业创新之道的准确领悟分不开,这也跟他的整个职业生涯的历练分不开。

  姚文江在大学阶段攻读的是理工科——硅酸盐专业,这使得他在思考问题的时候,有了更多严谨的逻辑思考。姚文江毕业后的第一份工作,是在佛山当时一家以技术创新而享誉行业的陶瓷企业。工作前两年,姚文江从事的是生产技术的工作;后面由于英语上的特长,被调往从事外贸销售。姚文江对于瓷砖的理解,也在这个阶段更深了一层。

  一个成功的企业,不仅要生产出足够优秀的产品,也应该要有销售渠道和营销方案,将产品推向市场。当年的从业经历,让姚文江有机会亲身经历了这一创新型企业代表的崛起。中国建陶行业的风雨四十年,一批依靠产品创新、技术创新和营销创新的企业,正在引领行业快速成长,姚文江正是从已经成功了的创新型品牌身上看到了希望。

  国窖在2012年年中正式展开国内市场的攻势,却没有展开热闹的经销商招商会,而是紧锣密鼓地在全国各大城市开展办事处的筹办工作;当别人在忙于推出第N代喷墨微晶石、全抛釉产品时,国窖毅然扛起了“2cm厚通体瓷质砖全球首创”的大旗,主打这款另类的非主流产品;当别人在终端厮杀,疯狂建设专卖店的时候,国窖却跑去了参加各种石材展会,混迹于各种石材销售的渠道里;当设计师被一场场声势浩大的设计师沙龙等活动围攻时,国窖的业务人员却专往工程设计院、工地跑;对于设计师渠道的开拓,国窖奉上的不是高额回扣,而是传递最新设计理念的《View Word》类杂志,利用国窖在海外市场的优势,搭建起国内外设计交流的平台。

  从办事处全新渠道模式的开拓,到2cm厚通体瓷质砖、喷墨马赛克等高端产品的推出,再到整套的企业理念输出,国窖已经从生产到营销,从内到外,将创新融入到企业发展的每个环节,要说国窖与其他陶瓷企业的区别在哪里?姚文江的答案是——国窖的创新基因。
