石英砖将成为又一代替天然石材的瓷砖品类?

  本报讯 (记者 陈秋健)由于天然石材的不可再生性,仿石材产品深受市场喜爱。石英砖便是一种意大利顶尖瓷砖品类。由于采用特殊的生产工艺技术和配方原料,在非恒温煅烧及压力等条件的改变下,石英砖能在砖体内形成石英晶体般的致密结构,砖体吸水率低于0.1%,具有致密度高、坚硬、抗弯折、耐磨、防污防潮等特点。石英砖是意大利高端瓷砖品牌产品品类之一,目前专业生产石英砖的厂家并不多。除了意大利,中国只有为数不多的几家瓷砖工厂形成了规模化、专业化的生产能力。其中,便是国内该领域内的佼佼者。

  3月4日,石英砖在佛山总部向来访的一众行业媒体详尽介绍了该公司的石英砖产品。总裁姚文江、副总裁方成杰、品牌推广总监张萍接受了一众行业媒体记者团的集体采访,为媒体朋友揭开了石英砖的神秘面纱。

  据姚文江介绍,view指的是态度,gres则是瓷砖的词根,因此行业内熟悉的朋友往往会称为“有态度的瓷砖”。做技术出身的姚文江后来投身外贸,最后成立了自己的公司,创立了品牌。2010年全心耕耘欧美市场,研发出全球首创的2cm石英瓷板。

 

■ 表里如一、低吸水率是石英砖两大特性

  2cm石英瓷板赢得了欧美客户的认可与尊重,2015年,以“自然美学”为核心理念定义的产品———1cm石英砖面世,倡导石英砖indoor & outdoor“室内室外”应用新概念。

  团队向记者们表示,英砖是一种砖体表里如一、吸水率低于0.1%、具有石英晶体般致密无孔的复合砖体材料。

  据介绍,石英砖再现了天然石材的纹理、细腻的触感和逼真的视觉效果,还原天然石材的通体质感,使得砖体为表里如一、致密无孔,能够完美还原天然石材的纹理、触感,视觉感和通体质感,将装饰效果和实用性能完美结合,是天然石材的极佳替代品,而且还具备无辐射,色差小、瑕疵少、不渗水渗污、易打理、供货周期短等优势。

  石英砖的砖体致密,使其吸水率低于0.1%,在行业内处于领先水平。极低吸水率使得石英砖长时间置于表面的液体几乎不渗透胚体,不易发黄变色,适用于室内外装修。

■ 技术优势引领石英砖发展方向

  欧美市场的成功经历让团队坚信,只有坚持自主创新,不断提高生产技术水平才能在市场站稳脚跟。从全球首创的2cm石英瓷板,到倡导室内室外应用概念,团队在生产研发上投入了大量苦功。姚文江向记者透露,格石英砖拥有多项自主创新技术。其中在回收利用废料方面,利用工业尾矿作为三分之一原料已经申请了专利,并成为国内首家申请美国绿色建材认证的建材企业。

  由于投入产出比远高于行业,从这角度而言,石英砖是一种环保产品。而且由于是高端的产品,所以能保证有更多的精力投入到节能环保的升级更新中。此外,据姚文江介绍,和某科研机构合作,大力研发蜂窝陶瓷除氮,以弥补这一块的空白。

  据介绍,石英砖拥有强大的国际化生产研发团队,在北美纽约设立产品设计工作室,并不断引进世界顶尖的生产设备和设立产品试验中心,以完善的生产管理体系确保出厂产品均通过相关国家标准认证。
