乌鲁木齐市家政服务业千人培训计划显

“我现在有了一技之长,并且找到了自己喜欢的工作。”近日,乌鲁木齐市民马晓梅在一家月子中心上岗就业,既能照顾家里,又能增加一份收入,让她觉得很满意。

  今年4月,乌鲁木齐市启动家政服务业“千人培训”计划。该计划提出免费精准培养1000名家政服务行业人员,包括养老护理、母婴护理、家政服务等工种,为家政服务行业输送一批有行业规范的“正规军”,这是乌鲁木齐市人力资源和社会保障局提升城乡各类劳动者技能水平,促进就业的举措之一。

  10月22日,记者从乌鲁木齐市人社局了解到,截至目前,家政服务业“千人培训”计划共开设29个班,培训1000人,培训合格985人,见习率90%,就业率80%。

  参加培训的人员包括家政服务业从业人员、城镇登记失业人员、农村劳动力、外来流动人口、就业困难人员、未就业大中专毕业生、企业转岗人员等。涉及催乳师、育婴师、中医康复理疗师、母婴护理(月嫂)、养老护理员、家政服务员、小儿推拿师七个职业(工种)。

  培训结束后,乌鲁木齐市就业培训中心联系多家当地家政服务企业,为学员提供见习和推荐就业的机会,以实现培训促就业。同时促进乌鲁木齐家政服务扩容提质,满足老龄化发展和全面二孩政策的实施需求。

  “该计划培养了更多市场急需的家政服务类人员,不仅让学员们学习了技能,还开拓了他们的视野,很多学员找到了自己的优势和突破口,借助成功的家政企业的经营思路、运营模式,力争突破对就业或创业的困境,实现自身快速发展。”乌鲁木齐市人社局职业能力建设处工作人员说。

  据了解,今年乌鲁木齐市计划完成各类职业培训9.6万人,目前已完成培训8.28万人,包括在岗职工培训、城镇失业人员职业技能培训、创业培训、农村劳动力培训等。
