The Beijing Headquarters Base project is located in the Southwest Fourth Ring Road of Beijing. Since the foundation was laid on June 19, 2003, about 400 unique headquarters buildings have been built, and the intelligent, low-density and ecological headquarters buildings have attracted the attention of the majority of enterprises. Up to now, the core area of the Beijing Headquarters Base has formed a scale of more than 400 large and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad, more than 85% of which are high-tech enterprises, most of which are industry leaders. At the same time, nearly 4,000 large and medium-sized enterprises have gathered in the Fengtai Science and Technology Park with the headquarters base as the core, including about 110 enterprises with an annual income of over 100 million yuan, 17 listed companies, and more than 50 first-level enterprises of the Central State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. It is expected that by 2011, the Fengtai Science and Technology Park with the Beijing headquarters base as the core will attract 500-1000 headquarters enterprises, form the scale of 5000 large and medium-sized enterprises, and will gather 100,000 high-end talents, the total income of technology, industry and trade will reach 230 billion yuan, and the total tax and fee will be 6.70 billion yuan.
