中医贴膏药 正确使用才能有效

一般膏药贴8-12小时。如果医生有交代,则按医嘱执行;如果膏药说明书上有用法,按说明书要求执行。贴膏药之前最好把皮肤擦洗干净,以免影响疗效。局部热敷或理疗之后再贴膏药可以加快药物的吸收。膏药贴的时间过长容易出现皮肤潮红、瘙痒、丘疹或水疱等皮肤过敏。皮肤过敏一般无需特殊处理,停用3-5天即可恢复,症状严重者要去医院处理。

膏药的正确贴法

先在红肿痛部位,用80%酒精消毒,或用

生姜片擦拭;如有伤口,可用稀高锰酸钾溶液洗净脓血后试干,再将折合的膏药摊开,放在小火上烘软,有时因病情需要,在烘软的膏药上均匀撒上一些药粉,再反复折合,摊开膏药,使药粉混入其间,以便更快、更好地发挥疗效。

如出现患部发痒时,需在膏药外面按摩,如果不见效,可将膏药揭下,用酒精棉球涂擦发痒处,再将膏药加温贴上。如出现患处脓液时,可在膏药表面加些纱布,或在膏药被纸中夹剪一小孔,使孔与伤口对应贴敷,以便排脓。对已糜烂、疼痛不止,或出现水泡者,可贴

拔毒膏治疗,或将膏药揭下,用酒精消毒,再涂红药水,用纱布包扎。

贴橡皮膏药,如伤湿止痛膏、消炎止痛膏等时,应先将患处用酒精棉球擦净,撕去膏药上的薄膜进行贴敷。但如皮肤发生糜烂及外伤合并感染者,不宜贴用。

膏药中常含有芳香走窜的成分,因此孕妇要慎用,尤其忌在脐、腰、腹部贴用;皮肤过敏者也不宜贴用。在贴膏药期间,应忌食生冷食物。不用的膏药可贮放在阴凉干燥处,以防夏季溶化或被虫蛀。
