    金刚石砂轮磨削性能实验

    发布时间:2018-05-01

    通过检测运行时问反映砂轮的磨削性能。通过试验研究,我们发现这种方法更适台检铡陶瓷金刚石砂轮和陶瓷CRN砂轮的磨削性能,因为这两种砂轮比树脂金刚石砂轮要耐磨得多,因此可以忽略砂轮舶消耗。具体操作方法如下:

    ①先记录试块磨削前的长度值LI。

    ②设定砂轮的线速度、试块的摆赣。

    ③设定DHM-3的运行时间。

        通过触摸屏设定好上述数据后,开启设备运行。运行到谩定时同时,DHM-3自动停止。量取试块磨削后的长度值12。计算出试块的磨除量AL。

    AL=LI一L2

    磨削时间一定时,AL越大,说明砂轮越耐磨、越锋利。DHM-3的工作过程基本仿真了砂轮的现场工作过程。试验证明,只要选取品质一致、尺寸合适的硬质合金试块作为标准检测试块,用DHM-3就可以实现对砂轮磨削性能的检测.使得砂轮瓴遣商在其产品出厂前就可以真实了解砂轮的磨削性能。

        当个别用户需要选购很贵重的、特殊规格的太砂轮时,金刚石砂轮供货商可以要求用户提供被磨舯件作为标准试样,先制作砂轮小样进行检测,井将磨削性能指标提供给用户,当可“满足使用要求时再镧作合适规格的大砂轮,可以减少试验成本。

        检测数据处理是DHM0的柱测记录触摸屏操作界面。过该界面可以锟方便地蒋需要的工作参数录^;通过状态监视界面可以实时地观测、查询检测数据。

    结论:用户的现场使用结果证明。本文提出的“金刚石砂轮磨削性能实验检测方法”是一种切实可行的,比较科学的检测方法。我们为广大的金刚石砂轮工艺配方研究者者和生产商提供了一种可靠的检测设备,破解了长期困扰砂轮配方工艺研究者的砂轮耐磨性和锋利度无法量化测定的难题。
