    Ayer por la mañana, la sección Heyuan Zijin-Huizhou Huiyang del proyecto de la autopista Heyuan inició la reunión de movilización de construcción en el lado sur de la rampa A del intercambio Zijin West de la autopista Shanzhan en el condado de Zijin, ciudad de Heyuan, marcando la entrada oficial de la sección Heyuan Zijin-Huizhou Huiyang de la autopista Heyuan en la etapa de construcción. La sección Heyuan Zijin-Huizhou Huiyang de la autopista Heyuan-Huiguan es uno de los proyectos de construcción clave en el "13º Plan Quinquenal" de la provincia de Guangdong. Es una parte importante de la línea de enlace cifrado "Heyuan Longchuan (frontera Guangdong-Jiangxi) a Guangzhou Panyu" en la "Planificación de la red de autopistas de Guangdong (2013-2030)". La inversión total del proyecto se estima en 9,114 millones de yuanes, y está previsto que se complete y abra al tráfico en 2020. El proyecto es otra carretera principal norte-sur de Huizhou a Jiangxi, un importante proyecto de suministro para que Huizhou logre el alivio de la pobreza y el desarrollo en la zona noreste, y un importante proyecto de atraque entre Shenguanhui + Heyuan y Shanwei.
