    在设计师的工作中,客户都有一定的知识水平,也就是说文化素质比较高,能够比较冷静地思索,沉着地观察设计师。他们能从设计师的言行举止中发现端倪和真诚,他们就像一个有才能的观众在看戏一样,演员稍有一丝错误都逃不过他们的眼睛。他们的眼里看起来空荡荡的,有时能发出一种冷光,这种顾客总给设计师一种压抑感。
    有些顾客讨厌虚伪和做作,他们希望有人能够了解他们,这就是设计师所应攻击的目标。他们大都很冷漠、严肃,虽然与设计师见面后也寒暄,打招呼,但看起来都冷冰冰的,没有一丝热气,没有一丝春风。
    部分客户对设计师持一种怀疑的态度。当设计师进行方案说明时,他看起来好像心不在焉,其实他们在认真地听,认真地观察设计师的举动,在思索这些说明的可信度。同时他们也在思考设计师是否是真诚、热心的,有没有对他捣鬼,这个设计师值不值得信任。 研究客户心理是设计师工作的一部分,以下的沟通心得值得设计师去思考与借鉴!
    客户需要什么样的服务?
     
    客户来到公司就需要服务,需要怎样的服务?我们要在客户角度去考虑问题,了解客户需要的侧重点,设计,还是策划,还是价格。然后就客户的角度展开工作。 如果你是一名纯属外行的设计消费者,那么,你将会怎样进行设计消费呢? 仔细想想,你很有可能会象客户一样,先把设计人员问个底,然后去挨家挨户地不停地咨询;当感到疲惫不堪,再也没有精力去进行更深层次地询问时,你的消费心理又如何呢?
    换位思考所带来的绝妙之处就在于角色互换,它能够使人们设身处地地为他(她)人进行缜思。如果 是准备进行设计的消费者,首先要考虑的是资金使用问题,然后,会考虑售后服务能否得到保证,再往后,还会考虑到设计问题;这是一个设计消费者标准的思维方式。因为财力是有限的,所以,很注重设计人员给的设计报价单的总金额,但是,同样注重品质;这就引发了一个矛盾:在设计行业中设计费完全制约着后期制作的现实条件下,如何才能既不增加资金投入,又能保质保量地完成设计方案呢?
    如果是一名设计人员,将把客户的全部需求按照其重要性进行顺序排列,即:1、服务2、质量;3、价格;4、设计效果。 了解了客户的真正消费需求,设计人员也就应该有了相对应的营销策略。
    客户喜欢什么样的设计师?
     
    形象、技能、口才都很重要,但是,坦诚是每个有血肉的人都期待的,让客户能感受到你的坦诚比什么都重要。成功的方法不是你做得有多好,而是客户相信你。就算你有一些失误。 每个人都需要知心朋友,某一方面与之产生共鸣是成为朋友的要素。
    客户与你签约的条件
     
    不是我们满足了客户的期望值,而是我们满足客户的期望值大于所有对手的付出。所以,在服务、沟通、设计能力等方面要尽最大的能力作到最好,失败就是技不如人。我们在付出劳动和时间得时候,我们的对手也再用一切方式去征服客户,们要再付出服务的时候考虑一下人家是怎么做的,再进一步加强自己的服务,这就是我们设计师最难做的但是是必须做的。我们设计师很累,但这就是我们的工作,当你满腹牢骚的时候,别人正在创新。
    客户什么时候需要的沟通?
     
    接待客户后用最快的速度理解项目,最好是越快越好,当你在客户心中还有比较深的印象时,当你的对手还没有和他见面时,我们可以在客户心中留下更深的印象,反之,等几天时间当客户已经和若干家对手接触,他已经对你失去印象,你将失去这个客户。虽然你可能在谈的时候约定了一个时间,但在你用心设计的同时,还是越快越好。
    客户是否真的满意?
     
    当客户说你什么都好时,说价格没什么问题时,说肯定找你签时,我们要警惕,他可能已经认定不会跟你合作,只不过找个台阶下罢了。或许他的心中已经有了选择,不过通过一些言语来从你这里得到更多的创意或其他,这样们就要注意自己哪里不到位,争取挽回,不要飘飘然,客户没有签约交款,一切还是0。
    客户较真注意问题
     
    当客户当面说你的设计要怎么怎么改,讨价还价时就证明对我们有兴趣,要好好把握了。他不是说对你不满意,而是在定之前看能否得到一些好处,比如折扣等,反过来看看你自己买东西时的心态。
    客户需要恭维
     
    任何人都有虚荣,谁都有。所以我们要给客户一种成就感,比如在设计中让他感觉是自己的功劳,但逃不出你的五指山。漂亮的话都会讲,但要把握的是时间和方式。
