原地质矿产部部长宋瑞祥来我局调研

6月30日至7月2日,原地质矿产部部长宋瑞祥一行到我局调研,并实地考察了322队、第二水文院和321队。局党委书记、局长朱学文在肥热情接待宋瑞祥一行。局党委委员、副局长施申轶全程陪同调研。

在322队,宋瑞祥听取了该队地质找矿、拓展服务领域、生产经营等情况汇报,并到华东冶金连铸机配件厂、向山驻区实地调研,对该队发展和服务地方经济给予肯定。他指出,地质队要建好用好队史陈列室,把地质队的优良传统发扬下去,让年轻一代地质人从中得到教育和激励;要调结构、促转型,拓展服务职能,在矿山修复、生态环保等新领域有所建树,按地球系统规律服务环境生态和可持续发展;要固基础、利长远,注意积累几十年来的找矿经验,不断收集完善信息资料,克服不利因素,保留必要专业技术,进行技术升级,在地质找矿上争取更大贡献;要创效益、保民生,加大创收力度,切实维护好职工利益。

在二水,宋瑞祥听取了原生金刚石找矿成果、国家高分安徽省芜湖市数据与应用中心工作情况的汇报,对二水金刚石找矿及高分中心建设运行工作予以充分肯定。他指出,当前地矿单位要加快工作思想上的转变,适应后工业化时代的社会经济发展需求,打造精干力量开展项目研究型工作,结合自身的工作特色,以丰富的地学知识及技能开展针对地球表层的系统性开发与建设工作。高分及北斗的建设与发展要着重强强联合,进一步完善与科研单位的合作机制,打造研发与特色应用相结合的工作态势,提升自身技术应用能力,以自身的特色性应用为突破口扩大与各应用行业主管部门的服务型合作,进而取得常态化的运营支持。

在321队,宋瑞祥走进该队荣誉室,听取该队队史及产业发展情况汇报,他指出,321地质队是全国成立最早的六大地质队之一,队史悠久,功勋卓著,一队走出六位院士,在全国绝无仅有,他充分肯定了该队多年来在服务经济社会发展方面作出的突出贡献。他鼓励大家紧密围绕地方经济社会发展等中心工作,进一步谋划好转型发展工作,在做好地勘主业的同时,强化系统服务理念,发挥专业技术优势,聚焦矿山修复、灾害治理等领域,积极为政府、为社会、为企业提供优质系统服务。

宋瑞祥在参观局地质成果陈列馆时,详细了解了安徽地矿局史及地矿改革发展稳定情况,对全局干部职工发扬地质“三光荣”精神,找矿立功、服务社会取得的辉煌业绩表示赞扬。

在局机关调研期间,朱学文代表全局干部职工对老部长的亲临指导表示热烈欢迎,简要汇报了我局改革和发展情况。他表示,安徽地矿正处于加快推进转型发展、攻坚克难的关键时期,希望老部长能一如既往关心、支持安徽地矿事业发展,全局广大干部职工将以老部长的关怀为动力,鼓足干劲,持续推动地矿事业高质量发展。
