施申轶赴313地质队调研指导

施工项目现场

 

6月15日-16日,局党委委员、副局长施申轶赴313地质队进行调研,并赴淮南潘二矿水文井3号孔项目施工现场指导工作。

在听取313地质队关于新疆钻井工作汇报后,施申轶对项目组努力克服戈壁滩恶劣的施工条件,在项目工期、质量、环保和安全管理等方面取得出色成绩表示欣慰。施申轶表示,313地质队拥有全国道德模范、全国劳动模范、2018年度“大国工匠”、全国创新争先奖获得者朱恒银多年来在深部钻探、能源勘查、岩芯勘探等领域的深入研究和实践经验,拥有先进的钻探设备和经验丰富的人才队伍,拥有大胆创新、敢于担当的精神和积极拓展市场的理念,这些都是拓展服务领域、开拓服务市场的坚实基础。

就做好下一步重点工作,施申轶强调,一要弘扬“胡杨”精神和“三光荣”精神,继续学习先进技术和管理理念。二要做好团队建设,进一步加强高层次专业技术人才队伍建设。三要树立品牌,注重品牌建设,着力树立起技术优秀、项目优秀、服务优秀的品牌形象。四要实施精细化管理,建立健全机制,努力实现社会效益和经济效益双丰收。

313地质队党委书记、队长王松根表示,313地质队将树牢安全发展理念,把安全作为项目管理的重中之重。下一步,将继续加强成本控制,提高项目效益,在稳定队伍的基础上,不断完善项目管理体系。
