The customer has a real estate certificate:
1. If it is the real estate certificate of a private real estate, provide a copy of the real estate certificate (the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Commerce should provide the "Co-owner Certificate" and "Owner Certificate") (the Bureau of Industry and Commerce of the Economic Development Zone also needs to provide a copy of the landlord's ID card).
2. If it is the real estate certificate of the enterprise or unit property, provide a copy of the real estate certificate (stamped with the official seal), and the name of the landlord should be the same as the leasing party of the lease contract. If the name of the landlord is inconsistent with the leasing party of the lease contract, there are the following situations:
A. If the name of the enterprise or unit has been changed, the change document issued by the superior authority or the certificate issued by the enterprise or unit shall be provided, explaining the original name and the current name. If there is a property rights dispute, the enterprise or unit shall be responsible.
B. The enterprise or unit has leased to a certain company, and provides a copy of the real estate certificate; a copy of the lease contract between the enterprise or unit and a certain company; (the contract cannot have the words "cannot be subleased to a third party"); the enterprise or unit issues a certificate explaining the ownership of the real estate and has been leased to a certain company and agrees to a certain company to sublease it to the customer; the original lease contract between a certain company and the customer.
C. If an enterprise or unit entrusts a certain company or subordinate agency to rent, provide a copy of the real estate certificate; the enterprise or unit issues a certificate explaining the ownership of the real estate and has entrusted a certain company or subordinate agency to rent and agree to a certain company or subordinate agency to sublease it to customers. II. Criteria for lease contracts:

The leasing unit or village committee property does not have a real estate certificate:
Submit the unit or village committee certificate, a copy of the land certificate or a copy of the land planning certificate (with official seal) and the original lease contract (reference: points 1 and 2), and the "Completion Acceptance Record Form/Opinion" (A4 paper and affix the developer's official seal).;
VI. Military real estate:
