正确使用电子血压计应注意哪些问题?

 一是每个人的血压在一天之内的变化很大。严格来说,人每一时刻的血压是不一样的,它是随着人的心理状态、时间、季节、气温的变化以及测量的部位(臂或腕)、体位(坐或卧)的不同而发生变化的。因此,每次测量血压的数值不同属正常现象。如由于紧张和焦虑的原因,人们在医院里测量的收缩压(即高压)一般都会比在家里高25毫米汞柱~30毫米汞柱(..4千帕~4.0千帕),有的甚至会相差50毫米汞柱(6.67千帕)。

  二是测量方法不正确。测量时应注意以下3点:首先是袖带的高度要与心脏位置处于同一高度,且袖带的胶管应放在肱动脉搏动点,袖带的底部应高于肘部1~2厘米处;同时袖带卷扎的松紧以能够刚好插入一指为宜。其次是测量前一定要保持安静状态约10分钟。较后还要做到两次测量的时间间隔不能少于3分钟,且部位、体位要一致。作到这3点,应该说测量出来的血压是准确的、客观的。

  交替法测量:
  第一次由医生用水银柱血压计测量血压,休息3分钟后,用电子血压计测量第二次,然后再休息3分钟,较后由医生再用水银柱血压计测量第三次。取第一次和第三次的平均值作为医生的测量值,与电子血压计测量值相比,其差值一般应小于10毫米汞柱(1.33千帕)。满足这个条件的电子血压计,您就可以放心地使用了。
