1月16日,国家电网公司组织开展甘肃-浙江特高压直流工程可研评审,标志着该工程前期工作取得重要进展。该工程作为国家“十四五”重点输电工程,是国内首个全容量特高压柔直工程。该工程建成后将为浙江新增800万千瓦送电能力,支持浙江能源清洁化,助力经济社会绿色低碳发展。

甘肃-浙江特高压直流是助力国网浙江电力建设新型电力系统省级示范区的一个重要工程。当前,该公司通过建好“资源配置型坚强主网、高效互动型新型配网、全域服务型数字电网”,营造“市场-政策-管理”的体制机制新生态,加速电网转型升级,体系化推进新型电力系统省级示范区建设。

截至2023年12月底,浙江风光新能源发电装机达到3940万千瓦,占全省总装机比首超三成,提前两年多完成浙江“十四五风光倍增计划”目标。新能源逐渐成为浙江绿色低碳发展的新引擎。如何支撑新能源的快速增长?今年,国网浙江电力提出打造资源配置型坚强主网,加大重大电力项目投资建设,预计电网建设投资超327亿,创“十四五”新高,计划开工110千伏及以上输电线路3003千米、变电容量2584万千伏安。同时还完善现有安全防御体系,加强新型安全机理和平衡理论体系研究,加快省级全电磁仿真平台推广应用,开工建设温州瑞安500千伏新能源汇集站创新示范工程,打造大规模新能源集中消纳的浙江样板。
