小心陶瓷餐具里的铅

日用陶瓷餐具很多都具有花面装饰,且大多以釉彩装饰,主要有釉上、釉中、釉下等装饰方式,不同的装饰方式在铅、镉等重金属元素含量上有较大区别。如长期食用铅、镉含量过高的产品盛装的食物,就会造成铅在血液中沉积,导致大脑中枢神经、肾脏等器官的损伤,对少年儿童的智力发育也会产生不良影响。

瓷器饮食器具中釉中彩、釉下彩和绝大部分色釉瓷、白瓷的铅、镉含量是很低的,而釉上彩瓷如果在陶瓷花纸加工时使用了劣质颜料,或在花面设计上对含铅镉高的颜料用量过大,或烤花时温度、通风条件不够,则很容易引起铅、镉溶出量的超标。

有的白瓷,主要是未加彩的骨灰瓷,由于采用了含铅的熔块釉,如果烧成时不严格按骨灰瓷的工艺条件控制,铅溶出量超标的可能性也很大。

釉中、釉下彩陶瓷的铅、镉溶出量极少或几乎没有,可放心选购。而釉上彩产品为降低铅含量影响,可以按使用目的不同,采取以下办法:

1对于盛装食物的用具,应注意与食物相接触面的装饰。

2用于盛装酸性食物的器皿,尽量选用表面装饰图案较少的产品。

3选购时还应注意图案颜色是否光亮,若不光亮,可能是烤花时温度未达到要求,此类产品的铅、镉溶出量往往较高。

4特别注意那些用手即可擦去图案的产品,这种产品铅镉溶出量极高。

5对不放心的产品,可用食醋浸泡几小时,若发现颜色有明显变化应弃之不用。

总之陶瓷餐具因为釉色的原因而对人体身体健康不利,这样的时候最好是经过一定的处理,否则长期的话对身体的损害还是非常大的,会诱发一些不治之症。
