餐具品牌有哪些 如何挑选好的陶瓷餐具

1、选陶瓷餐具时不要选用釉上彩装饰的,是陶瓷餐具内壁不要彩绘。可选用釉下彩或釉中彩装饰,如青花就是一种人们喜欢以釉下彩装饰的陶瓷。

  2、买回的陶瓷餐具,先用4食醋的水浸泡煮沸,这样可以去掉大部分的有毒物质,大大降低陶瓷餐具对人体的潜在危害。

  3、不要长期用陶瓷餐具存放酸性食品和果汁、酒、咖啡等饮料。因为陶瓷餐具盛放酸性食品或饮料的时间越长,温度越高,就越容易溶解出铅,等于加重铅溶出量的毒副作用。

  4、外形是否周正,是否有破损、斑点、气泡,光滑。表面多刺、多斑、甚至有裂纹的陶瓷品,其釉中所含铅易溢出,不宜做餐具。

  5、挑选有金、银装饰的瓷器时,用手擦一擦,不退色才是上品。

  6、轻敲几下,声音清脆品质好,声音沉闷或沙哑则是劣质品。

  7、瓷器粘合剂大多含铅高,瓷器补过后也不宜做餐具。

  8、瓷器表面釉面都是经过800度以上温度烧制成,达不到800度,低温釉都会对人体有危害物质。达到1350度瓷器好。

  9、.选购成套陶瓷制品时,要看每件的釉色、画面、光泽、式样是否一致匀称、协调。

  10、薄胎陶瓷制品在太阳光或灯光下照看,要有透明感,既薄又轻,且厚度均匀。
