陶瓷碗的陶瓷是用什么做的

讲一下大概的制造过程大家就懂了。陶瓷咋做的大家心里大概有数,都是粉末成型以后烧结。但粉末胚件是有气孔的,烧结过程中晶体结构又有变化,除了经常莫名其妙的碎掉导致良品率降低外,型变量也很难控制。平的胚件进去出来是弯的那太正常了。 而且,由于胚件本身很脆弱,手机外壳的精细构型根本压不出来,那出来比较精细的形状只能依靠后续的机加工。但陶瓷的那硬度和耐磨性能,基本上除了靠金刚石粉覆盖的工具用磨的方式处理之外几乎完全没有别的加工方法!在这种情况下不仅仅是加工成本高的问题,很多形状根本做不出来!所以你不可能所有的细节都靠机加工去最终完成,而直接烧结的精度又差,对于手机壳这种级别的尺寸,直接烧结的零件能有0.1mm的公差就不错了,对于手机,这种公差几乎不能容忍

  由粉末烧结的问题使得材料微观上均一性很难做好,就会出各种问题。对于粉末冶金,尚可在烧结厚锻打一下,陶瓷就根本没这个可能了。说白了陶瓷就相当于粉冶的胚件锭子不经过锻压直接去加工做零件,而且不能车不能铣只能磨。。。

  另外陶瓷磨加工掉下来的硬质粉末,很伤机器的,又提高了成本。。。

  综合来看性价比太低。。。。。如果“性能”只是耐磨的话当别人的手机都用金属,那么独一无二的陶瓷外壳,势必成为夺目的噱头,对于厂商而言,“性能”立刻倍增,于是就会有小米这样的去直接上陶瓷了
