一年有四季,一天有24小时,不同的季节天气空气都有不同的变化,动植物活动和生命迹象也不一样,都直接或间接影响着人类的生存环境,人们身体感受到的也不一样,身体也会相应的发生一些细微的变化,那不同的季节该如何护理我们的皮肤呢,今天我们就从春夏秋冬四个季节来说说如何护理皮肤!

春季特点

春天万物复苏,天气说变就变,各种生物都从土里钻出来,动物冬眠也结束了,万物都在发生了细微的变化,大气层空气都不一样了,这个时候,皮肤刚经历过严冬的洗礼,一时间难于适应冷暖空气的交替变化,再加上,春天的柳絮,尘沙天气,还有大量的不明生物飘落在空气中,与皮肤接触的机会也变多了,特别容易引起皮肤过敏。忽冷忽热的天气下,皮肤的新陈代谢也会加快,皮脂腺分泌也会旺盛起来,但排泄功能一时还跟不上,就容易造成毛孔堵塞,皮脂腺发炎,脸上容易过敏、起痘痘。

春季阳光并不刺眼,也不容易晒伤皮肤,但是很多人都感觉春风一吹,皮肤怎么就黑了,其实,春天的阳光虽然不毒,但是紫外线强,导致皮肤黑的原因是紫外线的照射,不是别的啥,而且人们都有一种错觉,感觉春风吹,春天的阳光温柔,应该多晒太阳补补钙,会疏略防晒问题,实际上是只要有太阳就有紫外线,就需要做防晒,这样皮肤才不会被晒黑。
