Wastewater biological treatment equipment
Blast aeration equipment: Provide oxygen to aerobic tanks (such as activated sludge method, biological contact oxidation tank) to meet the needs of microorganisms to degrade organic matter.
Aerator: such as microporous aeration tray, aeration head, disperse air into tiny bubbles, evenly distributed in the water body, improve oxygen utilization.
Biological filler: Provide a carrier for microorganisms to adhere to growth (such as combination filler, elastic filler), used in biofilm process (such as biological filter, biological fluidized bed).
Anaerobic reactor: such as UASB, IC reactor, to create an anaerobic environment, through anaerobic microorganisms degrade high concentration of organic matter, produce biogas.
Aerobic tank: Such as AAO, SBR, oxidation ditch, etc., is the main place for aerobic microorganisms to degrade organic matter, and maintains a high dissolved oxygen environment through aeration.
Membrane Bioreactor (MBR): Combining membrane filtration and biological treatment, ultrafiltration/microfiltration membranes are used to separate sludge and clean water, and improve the quality of effluent and treatment efficiency.
Biological turntable: The surface of the rotating disc is attached to a biological membrane, and the organic matter is degraded by contact with sewage. It is suitable for medium and small-scale treatment.
Biological filter: such as aerated biological filter (BAF), filled with filter material (such as ceramsite, activated carbon), microorganisms form a biological film on the surface of the filter material, and filter and degrade pollutants at the same time.
Hydrolysis acidification tank: Anaerobic pretreatment unit, which decomposes complex organic matter into simple organic acid and improves the biodegra
nitrification and denitrification device: remove nitrogen pollutants, convert ammonia nitrogen into nitrate through nitrifying bacteria, and then convert the denitrifying bacteria into nitrogen for release.
Sludge Treatment Equipment
Sludge Discharge Equipment: Such as parallel flow, radial flow, and inclined pipe scraper, collect sludge at the bottom of the sedimentation tank to prevent deposition and compaction and facilitate discharge.
Sludge Concentration Equipment: Such as batch and continuous gravity concentration tanks, sludge air flotation concentration equipment and sludge centrifugal concentration equipment, reduce the moisture content of sludge by gravity or air flotation, and reduce the amount of subsequent treatment.
Sludge Anaerobic Digestion Equipment: including mixing equipment, digestion heating equipment, and biogas utilization equipment. The organic matter in the sludge is decomposed in an anaerobic environment, reducing the volume and generating biogas (resource utilization).
sludge dewatering and drying equipment: such as vacuum filter, filter press dewatering equipment (plate and frame filter press, belt filter press), rotary butterfly sludge dewatering machine, stacked screw dewatering machine, through mechanical force to separate the water in the sludge, reduce the moisture content to 30%~ 50%, easy to transport or incineration.
