具有旺盛需求的数控雕铣机仍将保持高速增长

我国宏观调整产业的发展,与过去相比,我国机床产品技术要求显著提高,低端产品市场需求迅速减少,大型cnc雕铣机机床迎来了更大的市场空间,预计未来35年cnc机床产业的市场增长率将达到12%左右。

随着中联重工业、三重工业、中国cnc雕铣机机床行业等领先企业近期收购外资企业表现出内部调整,国际化步伐开始加快。据中国投资协会(cinainvestmentationalassociation)统计,今年上半年,国内cnc机床行业出口额达38.25亿元,同比增长32.9%。

受市场需求的驱动,中国cnc机床行业的旺盛需求将继续保持高速增长,年均复合增长率为37.4%。cnc机床已成为机床消费的主流。在十二五期间,中国将继续投资,援助程度将增加,每年的再转移将导致100多亿资金。不仅带动了国内cnc机床、其cnc系统及相关功能的市场发展,也为国内cnc系统制造商开发自己的技术,拓展市场提供了良好的机遇。

我国cnc机床的发展将努力解决大型化、主机不强、cnc系统和功能部件发展滞后、cnc机床关键技术差距大、产品质量稳定性低、行业整体经济效益差等问题,使核心竞争力、自主创新、集成化和品牌建设达到战略高度,实现8000亿元的产业产出目标。经过10-15年的发展,我们的目标是实现从机床生产动力向机床动力的转变,实现国内cnc机床在国内市场上的一系列中长期主导地位。

大量新增产能开始向国际市场转移。去年上半年,整个行业绩下降了近20%。根据国际模具雕铣机、硬件和塑料制造商协会秘书长罗白辉的说法,由于成本和价格的下降以及国际市场竞争力的趋势,cnc机床行业预计在下半年将出现新一轮的生产率增长。高速发展后,我国cnc机床行业在科学技术方面取得了显著进步,尤其是一些具有良好市场前景的机床,如cnc铣床、cnc切割机、数控火焰切割机、数控等离子切割机等。据认为,加上政府稳定增长信号的影响,整个行业今年预计将实现12%的增长,出口增长超过30%。
