Witnesses: Safety and hygiene are worrying

On October 9, the reporter visited a number of merchants operating rocking carts in Xining City and found that many small supermarkets, pharmacies, vegetable shops and other densely populated places had electric rocking carts at the entrance. The reporter found in front of the vegetable store operated in Changyun Century Village, Chengdong District, Xining City. Within ten minutes, no customers entered the vegetable store, but six children sat in the rocking cart one after another, mostly children aged one to three. The reporter saw that as soon as a child approached the door of the store, he sat directly in the rocking cart, and also pointed to the coin slot to urge adults to buy coins quickly.

In the interview, the reporter found that the rocking car is mostly placed at the door of the merchant, and the body is not only covered with dust, but also very few garbage such as paper towels and plastic bags in the rocking car. Some parents also let their children play with the car while eating snacks. The operator of the rocking car in the Qinghai-Tibet Railway Garden Community in Chengdong District, Xining City told the reporter: If the car is dirty, wipe it with a rag, and rarely clean and disinfect it.

In addition to hygiene issues, the safety of rocking carts cannot be ignored. The reporter found that the power cord of the rocking car is mostly exposed, and the quality card of some rocking carts does not indicate the manufacturer, nor does it have a product certificate. Many parents come to shop and leave their children alone in the rocking cart to play. Although there are warm reminders in the rocking cart, parents generally do not pay attention, let alone follow the prompts, leaving safety hazards to their children.

Doctor: Frequent use has many drawbacks
