福建省电子信息(集团)有限责任公司(以下简称集团)于2000年9月设立,注册资本人民币28.05亿元,是福建省人民政府出资组建的电子信息行业国有独资资产经营公司和投资平台。2016年,集团实现营业收入193.64亿元,利润总额9.77亿元, 资产总额321.68亿元。位列2017年(第31届)中国电子信息百强企业第34位。

集团拥有一级企业38家,二级企业82家,其中包括:在A股上市星网锐捷、福日电子、华映科技、阿石创光电等多家控股、参股上市公司,在新三板挂牌的闽东电机公司和拟上市的参股公司福光股份、长威科技等,

以及与日立、爱普生、韩国LG、台联电、中华映管、欧菲光、国民技术、网龙等国际国内知名企业合资合作的多家参股公司。集团全资控股企业员工1.5万人,参股企业员工逾万人。

集团是福建省委省政府确定的闽台LED、IC、LCD及通信产业对接的责任单位,与台湾中华映管、台湾联电、台湾鼎元、台湾友顺、台湾工研院、中华电信、中华开发金控等企业和机构建立了良好的合作关系。

同时,集团还在香港、台北设立了全资子公司,作为国际化的“桥头堡”。
