In the cartoon "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", the "mysterious" underground world in New York, the United States, will be truly presented in Hangzhou in the future. Recently, the reporter learned from the Hangzhou Municipal Construction Commission that the seven underground comprehensive pipe galleries included in the national pilot this year have entered the stage of full construction. As of December 22, the Genshan East Road Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Project, Desheng Road Comprehensive Pipe Galleries Project, Dajiangdong (Jiangdong Avenue, Hejing Road, Qingxi 3rd Road) Comprehensive Pipe Galleries Project, Yanjiang Avenue Comprehensive Pipe Galleries Project and Fuyang District Jinqiao North Road Comprehensive Pipe Galleries Project have all completed relevant procedures, and the construction machinery for the first bid section of each project has all entered the site. It is understood that the total length of these underground comprehensive pipe gallery projects is 34.35 kilometers, with an investment of about 5.98 billion yuan and a subsidy of about 1.20 billion yuan from the central government. It is planned to be completed before the end of 2017 and officially put into operation in 2018. Schematic diagram of the construction of 7 underground comprehensive pipe galleries in Hangzhou
Underground comprehensive pipe gallery is a public tunnel used for centrally laying municipal pipelines such as electric power, communication, radio and television, water supply, drainage, and gas in urban underground, including trunk-type comprehensive pipe gallery, branch-type comprehensive pipe gallery, and cable-type comprehensive pipe gallery. It is a way to intensively lay underground pipelines.
In April this year, Hangzhou stood out from many cities that applied for the national underground comprehensive pipe gallery pilot, and was selected as the second batch of national pilot cities. In August, Hangzhou issued the "Hangzhou Underground Space Development Short-term Construction Plan (2016-2020) ", and Hangzhou first issued a five-year plan for underground space development and construction.
Qiantang has been prosperous since ancient times, and it has always been a place where every inch of land is expensive. The ground construction land resources are very scarce, the urban traffic congestion and urban space are cramped, but the rich underground space resources are rarely used, and the development potential is very large. Previously, after 15 years of long research in the core area of Ningbo East New Town, the province's first underground comprehensive pipe gallery was officially completed this year.
Looking at the leopard, these efforts and explorations have opened a corner of the "dungeon" for us. What will the "dungeon" in Hangzhou look like?
For more than half a year, Hangzhou has implemented the construction of underground comprehensive pipe corridors step by step according to local conditions, made up for the shortcomings of urban infrastructure, handled the relationship between current and long-term, new and old areas, above-ground and underground, played a leading role of the government, increased policy and financial support, gave full play to the role of the market, attracted social capital to widely participate in the construction of underground comprehensive pipe corridors, innovated the investment and financing model of underground comprehensive pipe corridors, and improved the service level of urban infrastructure.
By 2020, Hangzhou will strive to build a total of 80 kilometers of underground comprehensive pipe corridors, and some new districts, parks, and development areas will form a ring network scale. The number of "road zippers" will gradually decrease, and the level of emergency disaster prevention and safety operation of underground pipelines will be gradually improved. By 2040, it will strive to build a total of 200 kilometers of underground comprehensive pipe corridors. The scope of urban built-up areas will be connected into a network. The scale effect of underground comprehensive pipe corridors will be exerted, and the level of emergency disaster prevention and safety operation of underground pipelines will be significantly improved. The construction management of underground comprehensive pipe corridors is at the advanced level in China.
