What should be paid attention to in the construction of steel sheds and the transportation, production and binding of steel bars?
    Release time:2025.09.17

The scientific and reasonable construction of the steel shed affects the progress of the entire project. Therefore, the steel shed needs to meet the safety requirements, the workbench must be stable, the lighting fixtures and power lines in the production shed should comply with relevant regulations, and the lighting fixtures must be equipped with protective nets. Various raw materials, work in progress, scraps, etc. in the production shed should be neatly stacked according to specifications and varieties. In addition, those matters in the transportation, production and binding of steel bars need to be paid attention to.

First, attention should be paid to the transportation of steel bars

Those who participate in the handling and installation of steel bars must be well-dressed. When manually lifting steel bamboo shoots, the two must be on the same shoulder and walk at the same pace. When going uphill and turning, you should call forward and back, slow down your pace, and pay attention to the swing of the head and tail of the steel bars to prevent collisions with people and wires. When arriving at the destination, the two of them gently put down at the same time, and it is strictly forbidden to throw them over the shoulder. When transporting multiple steel bars, the movements of rising and falling, turning and stopping should be consistent.

When transferring steel bars vertically, the upper and lower operators must not be in the same vertical direction, and must have a reliable foothold. When transferring steel bars vertically, an operating platform that meets the requirements must be established.

When lifting the steel frame and working in progress, it is forbidden to stand below, and the hanging object must be dropped within 1m from the ground, and the hook can be removed after it is fixed in place.

Stacking steel bars in the building should be scattered. Steel bars should be stacked on the formwork for a short time, should not be concentrated, and should not hinder traffic. It is strictly forbidden to stack steel bars on the scaffold. Before the strength of the newly poured floor concrete reaches 1.2 MPa, it is strictly forbidden to stack steel bars.

Precautions for the production process of steel bars

When manually straightening steel bars, the wooden handle of the hammer should be solid and firm, and hammers with broken heads or gaps should not be used. When striking, the force should be moderate, and people are not allowed to stand before and after.

When manually chiseling steel bars, the tools used should be carefully checked before operation, and the handle of iron pliers should not be shorter than 500mm. When 300-400mm of steel bars are broken, they must be pressed tightly to prevent flying out and hurting people. Hammer and palm chisel must be at an oblique angle to each other, and opposite operations are not allowed.

In addition, when rust removal of steel bars, the operator should wear protective glasses, masks, gloves and other protective equipment, and tie the cuffs tightly. When using electric rust removal, check whether the wire brush is fixed loosely, and check whether the insulation and zero or grounding protection of the closed protective cover device, vacuum equipment and electrical equipment are good to prevent mechanical and electric shock accidents. When feeding, the operator should operate sideways. It is strictly forbidden to stand in front of the rust removal machine. Long material rust removal requires two people to operate, echo each other and cooperate closely.

Straighten the steel bar, the chuck should be firmly clamped, the ground anchor should be strong and firm, and pedestrians are prohibited in the 2m area along the stretch bar. Manual grinding of steel bars for straightening, do not use the chest or belly to contact the push bar, and should be in step, steadily, slowly release, and do not release at one time, so as not to rebound and hurt people.

When using the tooth mouth plate to bend the steel bar on the production table, the operation table must be firm and reliable, and the triangular plate should be firmly fixed with the operation table. When bending long steel bars, two people should be lifted to the table top, and the tooth mouth plate should be placed at the bend and fastened tightly. The operator should hold the wrench tightly, stand firmly, and use even force to prevent the wrench from slipping or the steel bar from breaking and hurting people.

Third, pay attention to the problem of steel binding

In the high place, deep pit binding steel and installation of the skeleton, to set up scaffolding and horse track, disc unfolding straightening cut, should step on both ends of the cut, to avoid broken tendons bounce hurt.

Binding columns, wall steel bars and installation skeletons, do not stand on the skeleton and wall to install or climb the skeleton up and down. The column bars are within 4m, and the weight is not large. They can be tied on the ground or floor and erected as a whole. If the column bars are higher than 4m, a workbench should be set up. The installer should stand on the inside of the building. It is strictly forbidden for the operator to operate with his back facing the outside and climbing on the column bars.

Lashing high-rise building girders, overhangs, external walls, side columns, or installing steel bars on sloping roofs and steep slopes above 2 meters without firm footing points and greater than 45 degrees Celsius, safety belts should be fastened.

When binding the foundation and floor steel bars, the steel brackets or horse stools should be placed according to the construction regulations, and the upper steel bars should be erected, and the brackets or horse stools should not be arbitrarily reduced.

When installing steel bars on the operating table, tools, stirrups, and other discrete materials must be securely placed to avoid falling and hurting people.

When installing steel bars at heights, avoid trimming and bending thick steel bars at heights. If necessary, check whether the surrounding environment is safe and fasten the seat belt. During operation, the person should stand firm and hold the wrench or take measures to prevent the wrench from falling off to prevent the wrench from falling off and injuring people.

Install steel bars, and there must be no electrical equipment and wiring around. When bending and turning are required, the surrounding environment should be inspected to strictly prohibit steel bars from colliding with electrical equipment.
