Opening Ceremony of the Seminar
From June 18th to 20th, an advanced seminar on groundwater environmental status investigation and assessment in Anhui Province was successfully held in Hefei. Shi Shenyi, a member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Bureau, attended the opening ceremony and gave a mobilization speech.
Shi Shenyi pointed out that the investigation, evaluation and monitoring of groundwater environment in our province are mainly undertaken by our bureau. In order to further do a good job in the investigation and evaluation of groundwater environmental conditions, under the support and guidance of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, this high-level talent training course was held. The advanced training course on investigation and evaluation of groundwater environmental conditions in Anhui Province aims to improve the level of investigation and evaluation of groundwater environmental conditions, provide technical support for environmental management of government departments, train high-level technical personnel for professional work, provide professional support for groundwater protection and treatment, and gradually solve the problem of groundwater environment in our province, realize sustainable utilization of groundwater resources, and promote high-quality economic and social development in our province.
Shi Shenyi stressed on running this training course, first, we must strictly implement the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and do a solid job in normalizing epidemic prevention and control; second, we must deeply study and digest the training content and widely publicize the training spirit, organize technical personnel to continue learning and discussion, expand the scope and results of learning, and improve the overall technical level; third, we must combine the actual situation of the unit and the resident, actively expand the service field, and provide more abundant, accurate and high-quality professional and technical services for the government and society.
In the seminar, seven experts from the Provincial Academy of Environmental Sciences, Hefei University of Technology, Hohai University, University of Science and Technology of China, Provincial Institute of Geological Survey and Provincial Geological Environment Monitoring Station analyzed and explained the investigation and evaluation of groundwater environmental conditions in our province from the perspectives of implementation plans, work guidelines, main methods and technologies, and investigation and evaluation results.
The seminar was sponsored by the Bureau, undertaken by the 321 Geological Team, and co-organized by the Exploration Technology Institute. Heads of the Special Technology Department of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Geology and Mineral Department, the Personnel Department, the Water Ring Department, and the Exploration Technology Institute attended the opening ceremony.
