In the 322 team, Song Ruixiang listened to the team's geological prospecting, expanding service areas, production and operation reports, and went to the East China Metallurgical Continuous Casting Machine Parts Factory and Xiangshan District for on-the-spot research, giving recognition to the team's development and service to the local economy. He pointed out that the geological team should build a showroom for the history of the team, carry forward the fine tradition of the geological team, and let the younger generation of geologists get education and encouragement from it; it is necessary to adjust the structure, promote transformation, expand service functions, and make achievements in new fields such as mine restoration and ecological protection, and serve the environment and sustainable development according to the laws of the earth system; it is necessary to solidify the foundation and make long-term profits, pay attention to accumulating decades of experience in prospecting, continuously collect and improve information, overcome unfavorable factors, retain necessary professional skills, carry out technological upgrades, and strive for greater contributions in geological prospecting; it is necessary to create benefits, protect people's livelihood, increase income generation, and effectively safeguard the interests of employees.
In Ershui, Song Ruixiang listened to the report on the results of primary diamond prospecting and the work of the National High Score Wuhu City Data and Application Center in Anhui Province, and fully affirmed the construction and operation of Ershui Diamond Prospecting and High Score Center. He pointed out that the current geological and mining units should accelerate the transformation of work ideology, adapt to the needs of social and economic development in the post-industrial era, build a lean force to carry out project research work, and combine their own work characteristics to carry out systematic development and construction of the earth's surface with rich geological knowledge and skills. The construction and development of High Score and Beidou should focus on strong alliances, further improve the cooperation mechanism with scientific research units, create a working trend of combining research and development with characteristic applications, enhance their own technical application capabilities, and expand service-oriented cooperation with the competent departments of various application industries with their own characteristic applications, so as to obtain regular operation support.
In the 321 team, Song Ruixiang walked into the team's honor room and listened to the team's history and industrial development report. He pointed out that the 321 geological team is one of the earliest six geological teams established in the country. The team has a long history and outstanding achievements. The team has six academicians, which is unique in the country. He fully affirmed the outstanding contributions the team has made in serving economic and social development over the years. He encouraged everyone to closely focus on local economic and social development and other central work, further plan the transformation and development work, while doing a good job in the main business of geological exploration, strengthen the system service concept, give full play to professional and technical advantages, focus on mine restoration, disaster management and other fields, and actively provide high-quality system services for the government, society and enterprises.
When Song Ruixiang visited the Bureau of Geological Achievements Exhibition Hall, he learned in detail about the history of the Anhui Bureau of Geology and Minerals and the stability of the reform and development of geology and minerals. He praised the brilliant achievements of the cadres and workers of the whole world in carrying forward the spirit of "three glories" of geology, making contributions to prospecting and serving the society.
During the investigation of the bureau, Zhu Xuewen extended a warm welcome to the old minister's personal guidance on behalf of the overall cadres and staff, and briefly reported on the reform and development of our bureau.
