The customer has a real estate certificate:

1. If the name of the landlord is inconsistent with the leasing party of the lease contract, there are the following situations:

B. C. The leasing unit or village committee property does not have a real estate certificate:

Submit the unit or village committee certificate, a copy of the land certificate or a copy of the land planning certificate (with official seal) and the original lease contract (reference: points 1 and 2), and the "Completion Acceptance Record Form/Opinion" (A4 paper and affix the developer's official seal).;

VI. Military real estate:
