全球每7架钢琴,1架“宜昌造” 一架琴“奏响”一座城

清晨的薄雾还未散尽,在位于湖北省宜昌市的柏斯音乐集团三角钢琴生产基地的生产车间里,早已响起木材切割的精准节奏与琴弦调试的清脆声响。在这里,每1分钟就能生产出1架钢琴,全球每7架钢琴中就有1架“宜昌造”。

回顾宜昌市钢琴产业的发展历程,宛如聆听一曲婉转动听的交响乐,既有激昂奋进的旋律,也有细腻动人的音符。从寂寂无名到惊艳世界,宜昌这座长江之畔的城市,究竟如何用一架琴,在全球乐器版图上奏出属于自己的强音?

产业扎根

沃土间蓬勃生长

宜昌市的钢琴产业崛起于一次成功的招商引资,故事要从20多年前说起。

1999年至2001年,经过12次接触洽谈,香港柏斯音乐集团总裁吴天延、吴雅玲被宜昌的城市魅力和发展潜力所吸引,决定在此设厂,建立内地规模最大的钢琴生产基地。这一决策犹如在宜昌这片土地上播下了一颗音乐的种子,开启了钢琴产业蓬勃发展的序幕。

吴天延告诉中国城市报记者:“宜昌有良好的自然环境,适宜的温度和湿度为钢琴生产提供了得天独厚的条件;地处中部地区的优越地理位置,又让材料和产品运输十分便利。此外,宜昌市就业人口相对稳定,人们做事踏实认真的特质与钢琴产业对工人素养的要求非常吻合。”

二十余年间,宜昌市的钢琴产业从无到有,不断发展壮大。如今,这里建起了三角钢琴生产基地、立式钢琴生产基地、钢琴零部件生产基地、钢琴弦列板精铸基地等多个专业生产基地,厂房总面积达20万平方米。钢琴产品线也已形成包含三角钢琴、立式钢琴等多种型号,能够满足音乐会、教学、家庭等各种演奏需求的庞大产品体系。
