Efforts will be made to meet the charging needs of new energy vehicles in Zhengzhou for intercity travel and transit electric vehicles outside the province. Among them, through the combination of "personal charging piles + unified construction and management, community autonomy + orderly charging technology application", combined with the transformation of old residential areas, promote the electrification of parking spaces in residential areas, and protect the installation rights and interests of residents' personal charging piles, so that they can be fully installed; encourage qualified units to open and share internal charging facilities and charging facilities in residential areas to improve charging service capabilities; new service areas on expressways should be equipped with fast charging piles or reserved charging facilities at a ratio of not less than 40% of the total number of parking spaces; in public service areas such as public transportation, sanitation, logistics, and commuting, charging and exchange facilities should be built along operating lines according to local conditions.
