"Taiwanese milk tea, Taiwanese snacks, Taiwanese alpine tea, everything." Opening early in the morning, Zeng Zhongxin introduced the many "leading products" of his milk tea shop to customers. Usually, many tourists who come to Longyan Zhangping City, Fujian Province will come to his store to sit, order a cup of milk tea, and chat and laugh.
Zeng Zhongxin is from Tainan, Taiwan, and his family has made tea for generations. "Grandpa sells tea, and Dad makes tea." Eighteen years ago, Zeng Zhongxin followed his father to the mainland to find a tea planting base. "The reason why he came to the mainland to explore the market is that the growth environment of tea here is similar to that of Alishan in Taiwan, which is suitable for the growth of alpine tea."

Fujian and Taiwan are related by blood and have the same language. Zhang Ping has the advantage of "time, location, and people" due to the similar natural and geographical conditions to Taiwan's Alishan. In 2006, the local listed the establishment of Taiwan Farmers Entrepreneurship Park, which is the second batch of national-level Taiwan Farmers Entrepreneurship Park, known as "Mainland Alishan".
When CITIC first came to the mainland, he found that the accent of Fujian people was somewhat similar to that of Taiwanese people, but there was a little difference. What surprised him even more was that almost every household in Fujian made tea, and "come and drink tea" was the most "universal" way to socialize.
