《中国高血压防治指南2024版》披露的两组数据令人深思:我国18岁及以上成人高血压患病率已达27.9%,折算患者人数超3.4亿,相当于每10个成年人中就有3人患病。更值得关注的是疾病谱系的变迁——高血压正突破传统认知中的"老年病"框架,向中青年群体加速渗透。

在现代快节奏生活的裹挟下,高盐高脂的饮食习惯、长期缺乏运动、频繁熬夜以及过度劳累等不健康的生活方式,使得中青年人成为高血压的高危人群。而且相较于老年人,中青年人的血管弹性相对较好,血压突然升高时对血管造成的冲击力更为猛烈,这无疑增加了心脑血管事件发生的风险如心肌梗死、脑卒中等,严重威胁着他们的生命健康。
