北京总部基地项目位于北京西南四环,自2003年6月19日奠基开工以来,已建成约400栋独具特色的总部楼,并以智能化、低密度、生态型的总部楼群吸引着广大企业关注,截止目前,北京总部基地核心区已形成入驻400余家国内外大中型企业的规模,85%以上为高科技企业,大多为行业龙头。同时,在以总部基地为核心的丰台科技园范围内已聚集近4000家大中小型企业,其中约110家企业年收入过亿、上市公司17家、中央国资委一二级企业50余家。预计至2011年,以北京总部基地为核心的丰台科技园将吸引500-1000家总部企业、形成5000家大中小型企业的规模,并将聚集10万高端人才,技工贸总收入达到2300亿元,税费总额67亿元,用大约占1%的土地面积,实现了对丰台区财政收入30%以上的拉动。

作为中国首践总部经济的超大规模园区,总部基地的“体量”赋予其“聚集又聚变”的天生禀赋。
总部聚集,人才、资本,资源,信息的大聚合,实现高集约化互补、共享、互动;总部集中,形成极化趋势,以基地为核心,辐射周边产业。

总部广场总建筑面积约13万平方米,包括总部大厦、总部官邸以及地上、地下商业配套,目前,总部广场已经全面封顶进行玻璃幕墙外装。

总部广场配套商业面积约4万平方米,其中总部广场6栋大厦地上前端营业面积约达2万多平方米,地下为2层,提供约205个标准车位,以及精品商业设施面积达1千多平方米。

总部大厦总建筑面积约6.5万平方米,建筑总高度达99米,这一高度在北京南部屈指可数,也将是这一区域地标性建筑。

总部官邸四栋总建筑面积约为6.4万平方米,建筑总高度达99米。四栋官邸均为21层,共有68套独立的官邸单元。总部官邸为每层1套独立用房,每套建筑面积约为600平方米, 16~21层为跃层式官邸,单套建筑面积达1100多平方米。
