    钢筋棚搭建及钢筋运输、制作和绑扎需要注意什

    钢筋棚的科学合理搭建,影响着整个项目的进度。因此,钢筋制作棚需要符合安全要求,工作台必须稳固,制作棚内设置照明灯具及用电线路应符合有关规定,照明灯具必须加装防护网罩。制作棚内的各种原材、半成品、废料等应按规格、品种分别堆放整齐。此外,钢筋在运输、制作和绑扎中那些事项需要注意。

        一、钢筋运输注意问题

        参加钢筋搬运和安装的人员,衣着必须灵便。人工抬运钢笋时,两人必须同肩,步伐一致。上坡和拐弯时,要前呼后应,步伐放慢,并注意钢筋头尾摆动,防止碰撞人身和电线。到达目的地时,二人同时轻轻放下,严禁反肩抛掷。多人运送钢筋时,起落、转停动作要一致。

        人工垂直传递钢筋时,上下作业人员不得在同一垂直方向上,并必须有可靠的立足点,高处传递时必须搭设符合要求的操作平台。

        吊运钢筋骨架和半成品时,下方禁止站人,必须待吊物降落离地1m以内,方准靠近,就位固定后,方可摘钩。

        在建筑物内堆放钢筋应分散。钢筋在模板上短时堆放,不宜集中,且不得妨碍交通,脚手架上严禁堆放钢筋。在新浇的楼板混凝土强度未达到1.2MPa前,严禁堆放钢筋。

        二、钢筋制作过程注意事项

        人工调直钢筋时,铁锤的木柄要坚实牢固,不得使用破头、缺口的锤子,敲击时用力应适中,前后不准站人。

        人工錾断钢筋时,作业前应仔细检查使用的工具,铁钳手柄不得短于500mm。钢筋錾断剩300-400mm时,必须压紧,以防飞出伤人。打锤与掌錾人必须互成斜角,不准对面操作。

        另外,钢筋除锈时,操作人员要戴好防护眼镜、口罩手套等防护用品,并将袖口扎紧。使用电动除锈时,应先检查钢丝刷固定有无松动,检查封闭式防护罩装置、吸尘设备和电气设备的绝缘及接零或接地保护是否良好,防止机械和触电事故。送料时,操作人员要侧身操作,严禁在除锈机前方站人,长料除锈要两人操作,互相呼应,紧密配合。

        拉直钢筋,卡头要卡牢,地锚要结实牢固,拉筋沿线2m区域内禁止行人。人工绞磨钢筋拉直,不准用胸、肚接触推杠,并要步调一致,稳步进行,缓慢松解,不得一次松开,以免回弹伤人。

        在制作台上使用齿口板弯曲钢筋时,操作台必须牢固可靠,三角板应与操作台面固定牢固。弯曲长钢筋时,应两人抬上桌面,齿口板放在弯曲处后扣紧,操作者要紧握板手,脚要站稳,用力均匀,以防扳手滑移或钢筋突断伤人。

        三、钢筋绑扎注意问题

        在高处、深坑绑扎钢筋和安装骨架,须搭设脚手架和马道,圆盘展开拉直剪断时,应脚踩两端剪断,避免断筋弹起伤人。

        绑扎立柱、墙体钢筋和安装骨架,不得站在骨架上和墙体上安装或攀登骨架上下。柱筋在4m内,重量不大,可在地面或楼面上绑扎,整体竖起。柱筋高于4m以上应搭设工作台。安装人员宜站在建筑物内侧,严禁操作人员背朝外侧和攀在柱筋上操作。

        绑扎高层建筑圈梁、挑檐、外墙、边柱钢筋,或在2m以上无牢固立脚点和大于45℃斜屋面、陡坡安装钢筋时,应系好安全带。

        绑扎基础和楼层钢筋时,应按施工规定,摆放好钢筋支架或马凳,架起上层钢筋,不得任意减少支架或马凳。

        在操作台上安装钢筋时,工具、箍筋等离散材料必须放稳妥,以免坠落伤人。

        高处安装钢筋,应避免在高处修整及扳弯粗钢筋,如必须操作,则应巡视周边环境是否安全,并系好安全带,操作时人要站稳,手应抓紧扳手或采取防止扳手脱落的措施,防止扳手脱落伤人。

        安装钢筋,周边不得有电气设备及线路。需要弯曲和调头时,应巡视周边环境情况,严禁钢筋碰撞电气设备。
