江西九江:送岗暖人心 脱贫有信心

近年来,江西省九江市人社局充分发挥人社部门职能作用,坚持精准扶贫、精准脱贫基本方略,瞄准建档立卡贫困劳动力,精准施策、重点攻坚,做好就业扶贫工作,完善政策措施,真心实意帮扶,取得了明显成效。目前,除在校学生外,全市本地户籍农村贫困劳动力14.74万人中,已经就业11万人,已就业占比达到74.67%。
加强对接,促进稳定就业
近年来,九江市完善贫困劳动力摸底制度,疫情稳定后对全市贫困劳动力的就业状况进行了一次全面摸底梳理。针对贫困劳动力疫情前后就业状态快速转变、务工方式灵活等特点,依托江西省就业信息系统扶贫模块进行贫困劳动力就业状态监测,持续关注贫困劳动力就业状况,准确掌握市内外用工需求,通过线上平台、现场招聘、乡镇(社区)公告、扶贫工作网格推送等多种形式,实现贫困劳动力与用人单位岗位有效对接。
精准施策,推动全面就业
在全面掌握底数的基础上,依据贫困劳动力本人的就业、培训意愿和自身的身体、技能条件等实际情况,有针对性组织农村贫困劳动力培训,通过送岗上门等方式,今年以来为贫困劳动力开展线上线下培训1700余人次,推送就业岗位3000余个。
对希望在当地就近就业的贫困劳动力,人社部门积极引导其到工业园区、农业产业基地、扶贫车间等就近就业;对因身体、家庭等原因,难以胜任工厂、车间等日常工作或是在农村无业可就的,人社部门因需加强公益性岗位设置,安置向弱劳动能力贫困人口倾斜。
